- Cold/hot smoked salmon 200 g from Jackson Smokers or trout roe 100 g.
- 1 whole fish 1/1.5 kg (turbot, brill, line caught sea bass etc).
Please note that the fish selection depends on what's landed by the fishermen on the delivery date. Option for 4 ppl is double the size of the above.
