- Around 1 kg Mussels, cockles, palourde clams, scallops small (x6), 454 g brown crab meat or 150 g crab pate.
- Whole fish 2x ~300 g (lemon sole, plaice, megrim, cuttlefish etc).
- Fish fillets 2x ~200 g (hake, pollock, cod , haddock etc).
Please note that the fish selection depends on what's landed by the fishermen on the delivery date. Option for 4 ppl is double the size of the above.
