Our fish pie mix includes the following:
- 1/3 ratio of Scottish salmon or ChalkStream trout.
- 1/3 ratio of some sort of smoked fish (hake, haddock etc).
- 1/3 ratio of fresh white fish (hake, haddock etc).
Please note that the fish content might change depending on what's available on the day.
