- Around 1 kg mussels, cockles, palourde clams, scallops small (x6) or 454 g brown crab meat.
- Around 180/200 g of line caught smoked - oak - mackerel.
- 500 g fish pie mix.
- Fish fillets 2x ~200 g (hake, pollock, cod, haddock etc).
Please note that the fish selection depends on what's landed by the fishermen on the delivery date. Option for 4 ppl is double the size of the above.
