Our fish pie mix includes the following:
- 1/3 ratio of Scottish salmon or ChalkStream trout.
- 1/3 ratio of some sort of smoked fish (hake, haddock etc).
- 1/3 ratio of fresh white fish (hake, haddock etc).
Please note that the fish content might change depending on what's available on the day. Also, frozen fish pie might arrive in the process of defrosting due to transportation.
